The Monrovia Historical Museum is the perfect location for you to create the wedding or special occasion you've always dreamed of for 10 to 300 guests. Nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley, the Museum offers a unique, quaint Spanish-style facility, combined with a lush garden area - perfect for entertaining during the day or in the evening, under the stars! The Monrovia Historical Museum courtyard and garden is 16,500 square feet of beautifully landscaped gardens and manicured lawns, including a sculpted fountain and rose garden. For outdoor events scheduled during inclement weather, the courtyard garden area can easily accomodate a commercial tent. For your convenience, there is a children's party package available for gatherings where children will be in attendance. For a $60 fee per 20 children, staff will provide supervised games, arts & crafts and other activities in the community center throughout the reception
Customer Service Staff is available for inquiries and appointments Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All appointments take place at the Monrovia Community Center; after-hours appointments are available upon request.Our staff assists with processing all paperwork including insurance, and reserving security for your event. Two staff are available to assist with any facility needs during the event.
