RECYCLE WEEK 1: January 3rd - 9th, 2011
Put away your holiday gifts and start sifting out what you want to donate, recycle or throw away. Let's clean out our garages, storage bins and closets!
REUSE WEEK 2: January 10th - 16th, 2011
Host a FREE yard sale at your house! During this week, the City of Monrovia will be offering free yard sale permits & advertising them on the City website.
DONATE WEEK 3: January 17th - 23rd, 2011
Donate used goods to the Salvation Army or other local charities! Participate in pickups throughout the City all week, including a drop-off station on Saturday, January 22nd from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Monrovia Park and Ride lot (Myrtle Ave South of the 210 Freeway).
REDUCE WEEK 4: January 24th - 30th, 2011
Call Athens Service for a FREE bulky item pick-up. This is a great opportunity to throw away items that don't normally fit in the trash.
