'VISION 2015' LOOKS TO OLD TOWN'S FUTURE

A committee of Old Town merchants and property owners, elected officials, City staff and Chamber of Commerce representatives, has put together 'Vision 2015,' a comprehensive plan for the continued improvement of Old Town. It follows similar plans done in 1995 and 2000 that saw major changes for the better in Monrovia's historic downtown. Read the plan here.
